My name is Janice and I joined the Parkhurst Chiropractic team back in 2001. I was the very first employee! I work at the front desk helping patients. I schedule appointments and enter all of the charges. I love working with people! I live in Holland with my husband and two grown children.

I am Isaiah; the lead technician for the Lordex® Spine Center of West Michigan. I will be assisting you through your procedure when you come in for your appointments. I have been in the service industry and strive to make your experience with spinal decompression the best it can be. It’s great to hear patients tell me everyday how this procedure is helping them move more freely and find relief from pain.

Hello, my name is Pamela and I am the office manager and insurance billing coordinator at Parkhurst Chiropractic and Lakeshore Wellness Center. I joined the staff in 2002 after our youngest child entered kindergarten. I have over 15 years experience in chiropractic billing and medical records. I have been married for 18 years, and reside in Zeeland with my husband Doug and children Andrew, Corey and Hannah.


I am Paula. I have been with Parkhurst Chiropractic & Lakeshore Wellness Center since 2006. I help to keep our office organized and running smoothly. I send out the patient statements and also work in x-ray. Come and see me.

I am Trish and I do many different things here at the office. You will find me all over the office and out in the community representing Parkhurst Chiropractic. I also assist Dr. Karla with her lectures and help with nutritional reports & supplements. I live in Hudsonville and enjoy the 4 seasons, being by the water and beach.

I’m Melissa and you will see me most often behind the front desk or assisting with x-rays. I also help with insurance billing. I love camping with my family.
